Baku should stay dry, but the wind could become a major factor

Rain is not expected to complicate the Azerbaijan Grand Prix: the official forecast currently gives a 0% chance of rain for all three track days. Wind, however, could have a much bigger impact.

Thursday gusts could reach around 58 km/h, rising to close to 65 km/h on Friday during qualifying. On a street circuit combining long straights with heavy braking between walls, those gusts can alter aerodynamic balance and make corner entry more difficult. Saturday should remain windy but less extreme, with gusts forecast around 43 km/h.
