Cadillac identifies reliability and execution as its two immediate priorities

After three grands prix in charge of Cadillac, Marcin Budkowski has given his first diagnosis of the American team. Cadillac remains the only team on the grid without a point, with Valtteri Bottas’s 13th place in China still its best result. Budkowski says the immediate priorities are reliability and then operational execution, which he admits is not yet at the level of the leading teams.\n\nThe new team principal says some shortcuts were unavoidable while building an F1 operation in such a short time, but clearer priorities are now emerging. Longer term, the focus must turn to pure performance. For Cadillac, 2026 remains as much an organisational learning season as a sporting campaign.
