Ducati cannot explain why Bagnaia’s GP26 behaves so differently

Francesco Bagnaia arrives in Austria without a clear technical answer. The two-time champion says his GP26 behaves “very, very differently” from the other Ducatis, and the team still cannot explain the gap. At Misano he described a bike that would not slow as expected even under hard braking and accelerated less despite careful throttle use. His last three Sunday races have all ended in crashes and zero points.\n\nBagnaia also rejected a viral interpretation of an off-air conversation with Fabio Di Giannantonio. He denies Ducati is preventing him from trying solutions and says the team is doing everything possible to help. That makes the problem more precise rather than less serious: rider and engineers can see abnormal behaviour, but they still do not know its cause.
