Ogura cleared for FP1, but not yet for the full weekend

Ai Ogura will return to the Aprilia on Friday morning in Austria. The Trackhouse rider passed Thursday’s medical check and has been cleared for FP1, his first session since the left-hand injury that forced him to miss Aragon and Misano.\n\nThe clearance is provisional. Ogura must be reassessed after FP1 to determine whether his hand can tolerate the loads of a MotoGP bike and whether he can continue the weekend. After missing two grands prix, his comeback will only be confirmed after a real-world test on the RS-GP26.
